Pricing is dependent on your current health status and needed health services. Each treatment plan is customized to your specific needs and health goals. Revive Wellness is a cash-based practice, which does not accept insurance. Insurance can limit our ability to provide services that fall within the category of “health optimization”. At Revive Health, we will work with you to come up with a plan for health optimization that fits within your budget.

Ashley is the owner and Nurse Practitioner of Revive Aesthetics and Wellness. She brings over 10 years of nursing experience, certifications, and recognitions for her contribution to nursing leadership and patient care. Ashley is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.

Ashley’s motivation for creating Revive Aesthetics and Wellness came from her own personal health journey. After her own personal health issues, Ashley realized that what is lacking in healthcare is a personalized approach to care. Ashley firmly believes in taking a holistic approach to healthcare, addressing the underlying causes of illness while actively listening to her patients’ concerns. Over the past decade, she has explored various approaches to health, fitness, and nutrition, striving to find what works best for herself and her patients.
